Mopar Express Lane Customer Experience Handout
A handout developed to be delivered to the customer at the end of their service or sales appointment. This handout informed customers that they will soon receive an email survey and that their feedback is incredibly valuable in improving the customer experience. Two versions were created for this, one for new vehicle sales, and the other for service visits. Dealers could customize the interactive PDFs by adding their dealer logo and desired contact information.
